Hokim of Kokand Maruf Usmanov got acquainted with the territory and development projects of the cultural heritage object Tahiya. Responsible persons got instructions on improving the territory and developing touristic infrastructure.
According to the Decree of the President “On measures for the further development of domestic and pilgrimage tourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan” and in preparation for the Second International Festival of Handicrafters in Kokand, a “road map” has been developed for the reconstruction and repair of historical heritage sites and the development of tourism infrastructure.
Maruf Usmanov systematically visits facilities where work is underway to reconstruct, upgrade communications and develop infrastructure facilities.
