As part of a house-to-house study of the problems of citizens, the khokim of Kokand Maruf Usmanov considered the appeals of citizens in the Chorchinor mahalla.
In particular, an appeal was studied to improve the living conditions of a family on the social list. Recommendations were given on the procedure for obtaining subsidies for housing, and responsible persons were instructed to provide work for the head of the family. Khokim assistant in the mahalla was appointed responsible for the execution of the order. The appeal of citizens is taken under the personal control of the khokim.
