Mayor of Kokand Maruf Usmanov took part in a seminar organized for the chairmen of makhallas and their advisers, in order to implement the theses of the head of state “Chairman of the makhalla-reformer” and introduce the principle of work in the context of makhallas.
Maruf Usmanov noted that the implementation of the thesis “The chairman of the makhalla-reformer” made it possible to effectively solve the social problems of citizens by representatives of the lower-level authorities, raising the status of the chairman to the level of a modern manager.
The Mayor expressed confidence that the knowledge gained by the participants of the seminar will help raise the activities of the makhalla to a new level.
