Hokim of Kokand Maruf Usmanov got acquainted with the activities of the unitary enterprise “House of Young Craftsmen”, created under the auspices of the Kokand Pedagogical Institute.
The enterprise, created with the aim of developing the practical skills of students, organizing their leisure time on the basis of the principle of higher education – science – practice, has pottery, sewing, furniture and confectionery workshops.
The enterprise is also important in preparation for the Second International Festival of Handicrafters. Hokim talked with students and teachers, shared his thoughts on the development of the enterprise.
