Based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on additional measures for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the cities of Margilan and Kokand of Fergana region in 2020-2024, a 25,000 kilowatt transformer was installed instead of a 10,000 kilowatt one.
Mayor of Kokand Maruf Usmanov communicated with the officials of the city electric network enterprise, who managed to install the new transformer in a few hours, and was interested in the preparation of the substation for the winter season. Experts say that the new transformer will allow to put an end to problems with electricity supply in a large area of our city.
