Khokim of Kokand Maruf Usmanov talked with entrepreneurs and artisans who supply locally produced shoes to Kokand markets. The khokim gave detailed information about the opportunities for the development of leather and footwear clusters created in the country at the initiative of the head of state, and inquired about the problems of concern to entrepreneurs.
Maruf Usmanov spoke about the widest opportunities created for the development of handicrafts in preparation for the second international festival of folk arts and crafts.
