Mayor of Kokand Maruf Usmanov got acquainted with the presentation of the project for the construction of multi-storey buildings in the town of Mukimi.
The project is being implemented in accordance with the “Comprehensive program for the socio-economic development of the city of Kokand in 2020-2024” developed according to the government decree of December 14, 2020 “On the social and economic development of the cities of Kokand and Margelan in 2020-2024.”
The project, implemented by Obod Zamin Kuruvchi, together with the French investment company ASPIR FINENTREP SAS, provides for the construction of 21 9-storey, 12-and 12-storey and 24-16-storey buildings. The total cost of the project is 100 million euros.
