The buildings of Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, College of Oil and Gas Industry were built by representatives of this dynasty at the beginning of the 20th century.

During the meeting with the Mayor of Kokand, Maruf Usmanov, the Simkhaevs expressed gratitude for the fact that the buildings built by their ancestors are still in good condition.

They got acquainted with the building of the Kokand city hall, built by the Vadyaevs, godfathers of the Simkhaevs. In 2004, when he was the mayor of Kokand, Maruf Usmanov personally participated in the renovation of this building, preserving the ancient architectural elements, and participated in the development of interior design sketches.

Imanuel Ribakov, the author of the book about the Jews of Bukhara who lived in Turkestan, including the city of Kokand, presented the portrait of Abo Simkhaev and his book to the mayor of Kokand.
