Mayor of Kokand Maruf Usmanov discussed the construction of a 20-apartment house for children who have lost their breadwinner under the age of 12, a social clinic and a pharmacy with representatives of the Mehr Muruvvat charitable public foundation. The Mayor noted that he will take personal control over the issue of allocating a land plot for social facilities.
