Mayor of Kokand Maruf Usmanov congratulated Bakhtiyor Djuraev, an honorary teacher of the 5th Children’s School of Music and Arts, an excellent teacher and piano teacher, on his 66th birthday.
The Mayor noted the outstanding contribution of the hero of the day, who has grown up in the Kokand environment, to the development of the younger generation, wished success in his subsequent activities. Maruf Usmanov presented Bakhtiyor Dzhuraev with a ticket to a sanatorium and presented a national Uzbek robe.
