Maruf Usmanov introduced mayor of Kuitun, Altay Saken to Kokand city hall and Agrobank Kokand city branch buildings, built in modern style at the beginning of the 20th century and Istiqlol tourism street.
He explained why businessmen wanted to invest in the city of Kokand in those days.
