Maruf Usmanov visited the house of citizens in need in the 4th “Gishtli Masjid” mahalla and took measures to solve their social problems.
In particular, citizens who are in the women’s list were allocated a space from the vacant building, based on a lease agreement, to engage in sewing and business activities.
Measures will be taken to raise the income of a citizen who wishes to receive a subsidy for housing to a level sufficient to pay the mortgage loan.
