Dozens of young girls are learning a lucrative craft at a national jewelry workshop in Kokand.
✨ The demand for the products of the artisan Hikmatkhon Giyasova is very high. In addition to the markets in Kokand, she widely sells her jewelry at specialized fairs in the capital of the country, Tashkent.
To learn an interesting craft, young girls from nearby makhallas signed up for the craftswoman as an apprentice.
👑 “This is a very exciting activity. I run here as soon as I have free time. Here I learn craft and get aesthetic pleasure. Besides, we get paid for the made products. We have fun and at the same time earn money,” laughs one of the apprentices of the craftswoman.
At the First International Crafts Festival, the demand for the craftswoman’s products was very high. For the second festival, young talents want to make new beautiful products.
