For pregnant women, in accordance with a medical report, production rates, service standards are reduced, or they are transferred to an easier job or one that excludes the impact of unfavorable production factors, while maintaining the average monthly earnings from the previous job.

Until the issue of providing a woman with an easier job or one that eliminates the impact of unfavorable production factors, she must be released from work with the preservation of the average monthly earnings for all work days missed as a result.
