Hokim of Kokand Maruf Usmanov, sector leaders, other responsible persons took part in the discussion related on the crimes committed by young people in Kokand.
⚖️ In particular, were charged youngsters who committed crimes. Their school teachers, parents and mahalla officials also were charged for dereliction of the duties.
Hokim has given instructions to officials to enhance cooperation between school, mahalla and parents, organize the youth leisure, teach crafts and professions.
