The reception held in the “Gishtli Masjid” mahalla was attended by the officials of President’s Reception Hall in Kokand, the mahallas and leaders responsible for issues in appeals.
Maruf Usmanov took steps to resolve citizens’ appeals related to surgical operation, employment, housing repair and business activities on the spot. Officials were instructed to include citizens in need in social registers and provide them with a permanent source of income.
