Preliminary agreements on this issue were reached during negotiations held with representatives of the “China Kayan Star Business”. Employees of the Investment and Foreign Trade Department of the Kokand city hall also discussed proposals for setting up the production of flour products. Currently, work is underway to develop an investment project.
